Brief de Design de T-shirt

I designed a Gym T-Shirt many years ago and it has been a favourite - over 40 years of use. So, I decided to revive the old style t-shirt with an Old-School feel. The logo is basic and incorporates a torso and circular brand. It represents " a badge of honour" for older weightlifters. I'd love to see it come back to life! I have done a mock-up - see pic attached. PRO GYM Circular at the top and SWEATS across the bottom. The torso can be a shaded or line drawn interpretation but needs to be realistic in relation to shape. I want to logo to be larger than the pic. It needs to take up the full chest space. Font needs to be like a Cargo Style Rough Stamp - basic and tough. Colour palette Black and white or grey tone. Needs to reflect a basic old school well used t-shirt - see the pic of my old faded t-shirt attached.
