Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for the new company in Oakland , California called Worm U or Worm University. This will be a vermiculture composting operation using green wast, and red wiggler worms to produce high-quality compost for gardening and soil restoration and worms for home composting. The university part of the name is two-fold. One as a way of educating people to the benefits of vermicomposting and two, as a education/business for our children in many aspects of science, business, mathematics etc.

I imagine there would be a worm in the logo that is both red (or reddish brown) and cute, maybe a graduation cap, maybe a green leaf since our worms will be eating green waste, possibly a college letter U.
