Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need unisex hoodie design for my charity organization called For My Pet and ME.
ME (Megaesophagus) is a condition that is very difficult to manage and shortens pets’ life drastically. For My Pet and ME is dedicated to bringing awareness through education and research to the public around ME illness in dogs and cats and providing support and services to the owners of pets born with ME to prevent sending them to the shelter or for euthanization.
ABOUT THE DESIGN:
I am looking for design that will have a ‘dual’ purpose and could be used as logo as well. Attached picture is for an inspirational purpose only. I like the style of the design and I could see the paw with the heart in the middle used as logo or part of the logo as well.
I love that design looks like it was sketched by the hand.
Design should be one or maximum two colors. Designer can choose the color used in the design. Also, designer can choose the color of the hoodie. Your design including colors will become a ‘signature’ of the charitable organization. Hoodies and t-shirts with design you create will be sold via web site to help with the funding of the organization. Colors of the design will most likely drive web site color scheme and design itself will be used in all communication with potential clients.
