Brief de Design de Logo

Creating a logo for us that encompasses our image as a boutique custom home builder along coastal New Jersey.
A boutique builder, builds homes with a select number of clients designed to their lifestyle and provides more personalized services than high volume builders.

EP Coastal Homes, LLC is a second generation high end home building company that mainly builds homes in Ocean City, NJ. Ocean City, NJ is a summer resort town located along the coast of the Atlantic. Since 1972 we have mainly been building very elaborate custom vacation homes for the affluent.

Over the years we never had a business card, company job site sign or website. We've solely been relying on referrals to obtain our customers. We now want to change all that by creating a job site sign, website and apparel.
Evio Panichi is the owner of EP Coastal Homes, which currently has 5 employees and an office in Ocean City. We build approximately 5 custom homes a year in Ocean City and other small vacation towns near by.

If recommended by the designers, we prefer the complete logo to include the following information:

EP Coastal Homes, LLC (LLC may be deleted)

(Possible the ‘EP’ being its own logo) Ocean City, NJ

Evio Panichi (very unique name and well known throughout the small towns and maybe should be included in the overall logo)

A separate logo can be the initials EP. We want the logo to be hip, clean and with movement, that describes quality, speed and strength. If the EP is it’s own separate logo then it can be part of the overall name to avoid redundancy.
Our competitors are other small building companies.
