Brief de Design de Logo

Update: Please note the file attached that we developed by a friend titled "What would this look like in just dark blue and dark gold". We like this because it depicts a winner, but it depicts the helpers, the team members, as winners, too, because they also have stars.

We need a logo that has meaning. Ideally, the logo depicts a team helping a "goaler" to achieve a goal. Key concept would be personal achievement supported by a team. However, it can't be too busy because we need to be able to use the logo as an icon in our app.

I have attached our old logo, which we didn't love, and our business has changed. We've pivoted from two people helping each other achieving a goal, to a team of people helping a single person achieve a goal. We call it a "GoalTeam", and the members of the team are GoalBuds, helping the "Achiever" to achieve a goal.

The old logo featured two people arm in arm holding up a star. It was red and green because my co-founder was a Navy SEAL, and those are the colors used to depict left and right on the water. But red and green makes everybody think of Christmas.

One idea would be a small group of people, GoalTeams can consist of 1 to a million people, holding up a person that is holding up a trophy or a medal or a star. We think we like the colors dark blue and dark gold, blue because it is a good color for business and because it could represent a "blue ribbon", and gold as in "gold medal". We look forward to seeing your ideas for colors, too, because we need to establish the color scheme for our app.

I've done 2 projects on DesignCrowd, both successful, this is my 3rd.
