Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a brand new company based out of Los Angeles. We are developing new iPhone applications geared towards students. The first application that we want to launch this coming Fall semester is "Skeduled" it helps with syllabi synchronization to organize important dates in the iCal of an iPhone. We would like to see a simple scheme of colors including purple, white, and black. The final design should portray simplicity, but fun!
