Brief de Design de Logo

New Logo for company with name change - Commercial property management company. Company just sold and new mid thirties owner. We manage higher end facilities, and Medical Offices and provide in-house maintenance services and project management for tenant space renovations

Goal with the name change from Centerra Properties to Centerra Property Management is to modernize design while still keeping it simple and professional, not too many colors but more than the 1990s looking green that we currently have. I

I like logos that are simple and would be well suited for not only a business card but a jacket, letterhead or mug

I included the current logo and for inspiration I am including the current logo for another business our family owns --- these are unrelated companies and the branding should be completely different, this is just for inspiration

We provide Property Management and Facility Maintenance Services - if there is a clean way to add that -- or even just Property Management Services
We are located in the Central Valley of California - Specifically Modesto, CA however we service areas outside of Modesto
