Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a non-profit that is located in a small rural mountain town in Colorado. It is a group that was formed by combining the efforts of all of the churches in our town (Del Norte, Colorado) to help meet the needs of members of our community and hikers/transients that come through town (provide food, clothing, pay utility bills, temporary housing, etc).
I would like the logo to incorporate mountains (modern looking mountains/A-frame appearance), a cross and the letters/initials DNMA.
The final design should communicate Christian support/caring within a small mountain town.
