Brief de Design de Logo

I'm seeking an icon for my specialty coffee company, Mechanism Coffee. I've attached the text portion of the logo. Think outside of the box when creating. Try not to use a gear, cup, or a coffee bean when creating this icon. The feel of the brand is elevated, minimalist, clean lines, and modern...think fashion brand. The color palette is black, white, and grey.
We sold our first coffee company so this is our second brand that we're starting, so in a way, we're rising again. We chose the name mechanism because we feel that coffee is this mechanism that has the ability to connect and bring people together.
Use the attached word logo along with the icon you create. The icon will be used with the word mark and on its own on merchandise, social media, advertising, etc.
