Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for someone to create a logo for a dog show. I have a specific idea in mind. The show will be held in Utah, so I want to make a circular logo with a dog in the middle (I have a drawing of the dog). I want to enclose the circle with Sego Lily and honeycomb (see rudimentary mock up below). This logo will have embroidered items made from it, so keeping the color and graphics simple but impactful is important. I have also attached a sample logo from a previous year and the original artwork of the dog.
