Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my concrete coatings business based in Wyoming.
We offer decorative concrete coatings, stains, sealers, and some painting services. We do residential and commercial work, and we are based in a mall town <40,000 residents. I'd like to see designs that make use of a monogram or symbol that represents the company and is recognizable standing alone without the full company name. I'd like the design to catch the eye, but not be sensory overload.
The attached logo is a design I came up with myself. I like the concept, not the execution. I'm open to other concepts.
