Brief de Web Design

We need a new web page design for a company based in Stockholm, Sweden, called PMI Clean AB (established 1991). We provide cleaning services to the public sector, to businesses, and to home owners. Our services primarily include daily cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning.

Our company holds certificates for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and "Svanen".

Referring to "the Swedish model" we honor collective agreements between Almega (employer-representative organisation and relevant labour unions (e.g. Kommunal).
The final design should communicate that we are a trustworthy company with a well trained staff, high quality services combined with a commitment to run a sustainable business from a labour and environmental perspective.

• One specific requirement is that we need a page for information to potentially new employees (some general information and open job positions) with a possibility to fill in a simple application form and upload CV.(Mail?) CAPTCHA or equivalent.
• Contact form for customers with CAPTCHA or equivalent.
• Cookie management
• Integration social media (future); easy to manage/add/delete integration of social media.

We are not interested in a blog at this point of time
