Brief de Design de PowerPoint
We need a powerpoint slide illustrating a process the begins with identifying a problem and proceed through various gates of potentially resolving the problem.
The attached file provides the steps a user must go through from point of recognizing they have a data need through resolving their problems are various stages.
This process is not yet in practice. It is a concept we are trying. We will use this slide to market the process while trying it with others.
Since the process is not yet in place, we need to visually communicate the theory we are implementing for users to quickly and easily understand. The resulting slide you are producing should tell the story of the user's path and the benefits for moving through this process. The slide with the process can include animation and / or videos to help demonstrate appropriately.
The largest benefit to the user is more immediate access to their data needs, to provide quicker insights and better decision making.
On the attached slide, the blue boxes are the processes we want to highlight. The text in the gray dotted boxes are intended to be informational for your purposes.
Each step 1- 4 should solve a user's problem. For example, if 100 problems are found, 50 should be resolved in step 1 and only 50 should move to step 2. Furthermore, only 30 should move to step 3 and 5 request should move to step 4. (Today, users go directly to step 4 for everything and it’s overwhelming to everyone!)
