Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo as we re-brand our company. Brighton is a financial services company, specifically investment management; such as helping people invest in mutual funds in their ROTH IRA. We are deeply connected with Dave Ramsey and his SmartVestor Pro (SVP) directory. We are currently using the domain Brightonadvisors.com and will be switching to Brightonsvp.com to further that connection. Our existing logo on our website says Brighton Investment Advisors with a circular icon on top, but we are looking to drop the word Advisors from our branding entirely. Our best new design so far (see a mock signature block attached) has a font and colors we like, matching the SmartVestor look closely, but we don't really like the look of the "B" icon and haven't dropped the "advisors" word yet. We are switching to Brighton Investment Solutions- with Brighton as the main name, and investment solutions as more of the descriptor.
