2) The final editable file can be Adobe Illustrator?

The Brickilism Style
Elizabeth paints in a unique style she calls “Brickilism”. Each brush stroke is a coloured brick that visually blends to create a painting consisting of form, colour and content. She invented this style as a means of expressing her love for West Coast landscapes and has extended this to other subjects.
She graduated from the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts where she was taught and mentored by Arthur Lismer, a founder of Canada’s “Group of Seven”

My challenge is keeping the text brief - it's a "teaser" piece to generate interest in checking out her website.
I don't have AI so yes, I'd like an AI file but also something I can work with such as Word. pdf file would also be useful for final print file.
I expect once the design is complete, I'll need to do a few small edits.
