Brief de Design de Figurine

We need a character or mascot designed for our apparel company called Tiny Pencil. It is a golf apparel company that will primarily provide polos, t shirts, and hats to customers. We basically want to take our logo (attached below) and bring it to life as a character that we can use and manipulate in different ways and can put him in different situations to create different t-shirt designs. We want the character to feel hand drawn and kind of like the old cartoon Recess (also pictured below)
