Brief de Design de Logo

TASK DESCRIPTION - Develop new logo and icon for our gallery
Design Parameters:
1. Use entire name in logo – Art Group Gallery
2. Easily legible – from near and far, on electronic sign.
3. Logo will be used in all forms of digital advertising, print, and
signage.
4. Can be used in vertical and horizontal formats
5. Color is not a mandate, though we do love color – open to designer
ideas
6. Submit as one photo: color version, as well as all black, all white, and reverse
7. Design Icon to be used in addition to text, but avoid traditional icons such as paint brush, palette, etc., unless they are abstracted or
modernized. Icon could be a line drawing of a group of artists, general.
8. Adjectives to describe our logo preferences: clean, fresh,
engaging, modern, memorable, inviting, inspiring
9. Fun color palette could be used on icon- yellow green, red orange, red and green, pink and blue with grey.

BACKGROUND
Who we are: Art Group Gallery is a local artist-owned and operated
gallery in a popular shopping district in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Our
gallery atmosphere is friendly and informal, and we sell a wide variety of art. 2023 will be our 10th anniversary at this location and the anniversary has sparked an interest in developing a fresh, new look for our logo.

Who we want to be: A destination for fine art collectors; a place to learn
about art and even take classes; and a hub for community outreach
through the involvement of our gallery artists. This three-part story sets us apart in the local gallery scene and could emerge as part of the logo development.
