Brief de Design Graphique

Please check all details below and check photos attached :
We want to redesign our logo and also do 2 banners for our website.
We specialize in selling whisky, so, has to be related to that
- Our current logo is : see photo "SAB1" - we are thinking to change it to something like see photo "logo" - so will be like a barrel with a skull on it and the writing - has be look professional but also cool
- For banners - 2 banners for website with editable text and the text must be somehow in the middle of the banner, not on sides. If you use bottles, they have to be generic, no labels of brands on them.
The text can be : "Premium, Rare and Collectable Whisky" and "Shop Now" where "shop now" is a clickable link.
Some ideas we like :
photo ex1 - where the bottle is generic and the projection under the text will be our logo
photo ex2 - where the text would be editable by us
Anyway, we're open to new ideas
Final work must be submitted in psd, png and jpg files and the logo MUST look good on website size and also on much smaller size for emails and stuff
