Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills, California. The company name is "Century Park Realty". We specialize in residential and commercial real estate, including new property development. We would like to see a design that will last for 10+ years. This logo will be used for our website, business cards, email signature, and anything else which might be used to represent "Century Park Realty". The design, font, and style should be modern, professional, creative, bold, yet simple. We like the colors black and white, but are not opposed to the use of color.
