Brief de Design Shopify

I need to optimise a site that is basic easy to convert to my coaching page to sell online coaching as the main fundamental and personal training etc and have people enquire, but also have a page that is aesthetic when we drop our apparel sale's and clothing through the year. My current website is www.envysionfitness.com, all done through shopify/ Pagefly builder.
I have had someone create this site through fiver in the past. I need update style, a fresh look like some of the other big people in the fitness industry and brands to really stand out and optimise the Home Screen as well as the seperate pages. At the moment I don't even have a clear thing on my tabs bar that lists coaching etc, I have no idea how to lay it out so I need help and direction and someone to work with. Instagram is @envysionfitness if you need extra photo reference and pictures. Below are some site's of inspiration.

I want the online coaching page to really highlight the features I currently have in my coaching page with the usage of my App, and format the way Envysion does things.
