Brief de Design Shopify

I would like to have a a Shopify site designed (and built) for my new t-shirt company. The company is called Rad Family and will feature t-shirt designs focused on different characters doing extreme sports. The brand has a mellow and slightly comical feel. We will feature different artists designs as different collections of the brand.
We do not have a logo yet, but we do have some of the sample designs from the artists that we will be featuring on the site. This will give a feel for the branding and style of the site. As far as colors go, I am not sure if a dark theme or light theme will be best. Please use your best judgement for initial designs. Our t-shirt designs are simple and typically line-art style.
It is important to keep in mind that we have several artists that we will feature and that we want to showcase all of them equally until we can understand which will be most popular. Our sites should speak to audiences of all ages. Light, mellow, and slightly comical describe our brand. The site should catch the audiences eye and allow them to see multiple products so they are more likely to buy multiple products.

Expected deliverables:
1. Rad Family Gear website (focused on mobile device viewing)- including landing page, multiple collections, product pages, variable colors and sized for shirts and other products, about page, contact page, cart with upsells, subscription package functionality, mailing list pop-up, chat support widget, promo codes, payment collection via stripe- All features should be tested and functioning properly before launch. The site must also be set up to A/B test different products, variations, and upsells.
2. Rad Grandma Website (Focused on mobile site viewing) - Should follow the same branding (with a different logo but in the same coloring and style as the Rad Family). This should essentially be a copy of the Rad Family website include landing page, multiple collections, product pages, variable colors and sized for shirts and other products, about page, contact page, cart with upsells, subscription package functionality, mailing list pop-up, chat support widget, promo codes, payment collection via stripe- Again, this is a duplicate of the Rad Family website, but with a different landing page tuned to Rad Grandma gear.
3. Coding and development of these sites - with the input of 20-30 products (images, descriptions, pricing provided)

I will provide:
1. Examples of products to help with branding and design of the site
2. Feedback on the site
3. All product information for addition to the site
4. Shopify and plugin credentials or access as needed
5. Ongoing work if this goes well
