Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for an online business called Interconnected Us. We connect women lawyers into peer-led roundtables and offer personal growth/professional development trainings and private coaching. We would like a logo design that combines several elements shown below (earlier drafts by our web developer): the colors should be in the brand board as shown and the same font, too. The pieces that we are looking for help with, though, is (1) the placement of the circles (should they be concentric rings or would it look better in more of a Fibonacci pattern, as shown in this photo of an air purifier?); (2) We are settled we'd like "Interconnected" to wrap around the circle and go from an 8 o'clock position on a clock to a 2 o'clock position, but we haven't seen that depicted, yet (only 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock) and (3) we'd like the "us" to remain in the center but to be in italics while still being legible. Our friends and family couldn't read "us" when it was in a font that was a very intense cursive, but we don't like how the regular all caps looks in the image file below ending with 10.9.22.

Additionally, we'd like 2 Linked In headers - a banner for Rachel Clar's personal profile (my photo will occupy the circle) and a version of the logo/brand as the banner. Perhaps a zoomed in version of the dots (in the Interconnected Us logo you make) as shown in the attached LinkedIn PDF, like the sample's orange background but with my dots. I'd also like a LinkedIn image & banner for my future company page and am open to your ideas how this is laid out. The same attached LinkedIn page has a little more detail of ideas/what I'd like.

I also plan to do FB & Instagram & Twitter, but I don't use those currently so don't have any preconceived ideas of what would work and would look for your input.
