Brief de Design de T-shirt

I want to make a t-shirt that has a design that goes from the front to the back. In this case, " tendrils " will go from the front to the back of the shirt. There will be two versions: a white shirt with black tendrils and a black shirt with white tendrils (the inverse). The tendrils can go from the center to the edges or start near the middle but not exactly or start anywhere else on the front as long as they seamlessly stretch to the back of the shirt. The "tendrils" can be simple squiggle shapes, tentacles, vines, or the like. See the attached image for an idea, but you don't have to stick to it. The final design should be eye-catching and make people want to peek and see the back of the shirt.
