Brief de Design de Logo

This is a logo for new business that primarily does land improvement services like dirt work, land clearing, forestry mulching, driveways, house/shop pads, building ponds, roads, etc. Machinery used for this services is skid steer, bulldozer, and excavators. I want to logo that uses the colors, brick red, black, charcoal grey, and white (colors in the BCS logo I uploaded in files). open to others if you think it stands out. The name of the company is BWR; would like to use a tag line of Land Management. Would like to have the logo with black background like BCS logo uploaded. Would like the logo to incorporate the heavy machinery and possible trees. I uploaded one that I hand drew for inspiration.
