Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in germany called schaltwerk24.com . schaltwerk24.com is a modern driving shool for pasenger cars and bikes. We would like to see designs that use powerfull colors. The final design should communicate financial safety and growth. the logo should look technical like an transmission, gears... a little bit like steam punk. The final design should communicate that the company is young, modern, fresh and an expert at there business. schaltwerk24.com should be part of the logo, but it is necessary, that the logo still works without the text (so we need both).
