Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a modern logo design for our brand new international company HumanBridge (web: humanbridge.io), reflecting our business’s nature.
Our company is closing the gap of severe labor shortage in Europe and other developed countries by providing well-skilled human resources from India.

We are looking for a logo for this overall umbrella company (Holding), which operates worldwide. In the local markets, e.g., the UK, Germany, and the USA, there will be possible daughter companies with separate brand names or using (partially) the umbrella brand name and the logo.

The overall business includes, but is not limited to, recruiting candidates from India (with a high unemployment rate for skilled workers) and conveying them to employers in countries with substantial labor shortages.
In addition, our service includes organizing and executing the necessary legal immigration- and work-permit issues and ensuring a smooth and great start for the people in their new working country. The latter will be a USP of our new company, while we are very much aware and focused on the existing cultural differences which will occur in such settings. Thus our scope of work will also include dedicated cultural training of both parties (new foreign employee and the local employer) and could be extended to further process development, organizational development, and change & interim management.

In a nutshell and as further input, the main Keywords the Company Logo should be built around (descending priority, but they don’t need to be part of the Logo necessarily):
- HUMAN POWER (workforce) – the company is closing the gap of the missing workforce in significantly developed countries with available skilled staff from India, so the primary purpose is built around working people => workforce & human power
- BRIDGE – in the sense of “to bridge a gap,” e.g., missing workforce, different cultures

Further (due to strong associations of the founders):
- LIGHT - in the broader sense of sun, illumination, brightness, shining
- MOUNTAIN - the founders do have a strong association with a specific mountain; thus, the company Logo could be connected in any way to a “mountain/hill”
