Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a recently formed upstream Natural Gas Company called Patriot Natural Gas. My CEO wants the logo to be "wildly patriotic with The flag, the battle, eagle, gas-energy, America working hard, etc… "
My vision is more along these lines
I envision the word “PATRIOT” as a very muscular, thick lettering (like the LVI in the Superbowl Logo) with lighter shades of red and blue than the USA flag. And “Natural Gas” instead of Super Bowl. And then we can get creative with a torch and a blue collar arm for the ‘I” and include industry images in the background of the lettering. Other ideas include using a natural gas flame to dot the "i"
