Brief de Design de Logo

I’m a builder looking for a logo that is modern, hi-end, creative and eye catching. I would like to use a reference to a house that has a slightly intricate roof line like the attached photos but only in an outline and no windows, just outline of house walls and roof preferably with 3 roof gables and off to the left of the logo with the writing underneath slightly and off to the right . I would like the name in block letters, with the (homes) part of the name bolder and the constructions part still in block letters but to stand out less. Using a range of greys light to dark, including black and a touch of red.
