Sure that sounds reasonable to me for all the work described in the design brief.

The logo is good, a few points of feedback for it's revision:

(1) Holisitic Wellness Sanctuary wording is a bit too small so either make bolder or increase font size.
(2) The general logo overall I like, the font, the shape it has a nice effect. What I would tweak would be a bit more detail in the lettering, the background - make it a bit more "raw" as the sanctuary is a space of healing that isn't always 'pretty'. What I feel would further match what I am looking for is to ave some rustic elements in the logo.

Like how old cars have patina, search for car patina to see what I mean.

It gives a sense of character. This should also be reflected in the brochure designs. Several prototypes of different concepts based on this would be great to see design wise where you go.
