Brief de Design de Logo

Hello -

I am a project manager & scrum master. I work with developers and product owners on IT projects.

I have a consulting business - I'll attach that logo for reference.

The logo I'm looking to get out of this project is for a 2nd business I have formed. In addition to being a project manger / scrum master, I am also an Agile Coach.

Agile coaches work with developers and business team members on best practices. I have Agile coaching and Agile educator certifications.

The company name is: X's & O's - Agile Coaching & Training L.L.C.

The Logo: X's & O's comes from American football ; it's an analogy and reference to to sports coaching and agile teams coaching ; the logo should be fun and professional
- I see some sort of green football field with the white lines on the field; a coaching hat and whistle ?
- feel free to use all of your creativity - I am open to different designs

Business Purpose
My business is a project management training and consulting firm. I am heavily certified in project management, both agile and waterfall. This company will offer trainings and classes on agile and scrum values.
