Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for an air conditioning service company based in Australia
I have included a rough layout of how I would like it done with the MWA being joined together and then the Heating and Cooling part sitting on the extended part of the A letter. I have included a sample of another logo pic I like but would like to incorporate 3 other symbols (airflow, snowflake and heat) into the parts of the main pic.

Open to suggestions with colours. Usually like blue, grey, anything to do with heat in red.
