Brief de Design Graphique

I am in need of event graphics for our upcoming event. This event, titled "South Dakota Youth Conference", is a weekend event for teenagers 11-19 years old. They hear from speakers, listen to a band, and do other fun activities. Graphic design should be geared to young adults/older teens. Any portal of alcohol, drugs, smoking will NOT be allowed. Open to any color combinations you think fit with your design.

Once designed, I need the following graphics file sizes:
-11x17 Vertical Poster design: include all event info AND a "blank" space or box for groups to add their own details/information. Also include the STL logo and our organization logo SD NextGen in someway.
-Make an additional copy of the 11x17 pdf with cut and bleed lines for printing, please.
-4x3 horizontal postcard: include all event info on 1 side including SDNextGen logo and STL; blank backside
-Main Graphic Slide: formatted to fit a widescreen 16x9 screen. Include event name, hashtag, STL and SD NextGen logo
-social media graphic(s) for event: can incorporate some or all of the event details
-4.25x 2.75 vertical badge: include event title on front with SD NextGen logo
