The mountains do not typically have snow on them and are not rocky.

There are no palm trees in Highlands, North Carolina

There are no houses or buildings on the property.

We like designs that could be used as a patch.

Actually there is a barn on the property and a gazebo, but no house or cabin

I uploaded photos of the actual property to give a better idea of the mountain range.
