Brief de Design de Logo

I have an Airbnb which would like to ultimately brand as ‘Seven Stones’ - Sherbrooke, although this task which will also be branded as ‘Seven Stones’ is a side hustle making hot sauce. I’d like to create a brand ‘Seven Stones’ which can then be adapted across the sale of hot sauce but also with the accomodation. For example.. (‘ seven stones’ Sherbrooke hot sauce’ )

Sherbrooke is the suburb I’m located in which is in the hills/mountains and so looking for a clean/simple organic style base logo which can be adapted in the future to include the accomodation side.
Their are lots of pines trees around, maple trees, so this could be inspiration.. or maybe stones… but not sure.
