Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo created for a registered Black Angus cattle farm located in Alabama. We would like a portion of our logo to be used as our brand that we will physically brand our cattle with. (Just like you see in western movies except we will utilize cold branding). We will utilize this logo for a website, social medial, clothing, business cards and of course the brand will actually "stamp" on the cattle. We would like it to be simple and masculine in style. We would like the logo to have the ability to be "pulled apart" so we can utilize portions of it. There will be times that we won't need verbiage but just a symbol.
