Hi Rixy. I think it is a good design but I don't see how it represents "collaboration". Having said that, it is one of my favorites that have been proposed so far.

There have been some nice looking designs so far but none yet that capture the theme of collaboration when I look at them. Please keep "Collaboration" in mind. I can't say that I have the best idea how to do that which is why I'm seeking for a creative design. Also make sure that the logos are easy to read.
