Hello Project owner, if you do not like a design from a designer, you can eliminate that particular design with some feedback, that way you can help designer understand why you do not like the design and give him constructive tips for further design ideas and styles, but if you just leave 1-3 stars without any feedback, not only does it destroy the designer's rating system, but also discourages him/her from coming up with more design ideas and concepts, because he does not know what is wrong with the design but also afraid to submit more entries fearing that more 1-3 stars rating will completely downgrade the designer. hope you understand.
