Brief de Web Design

I need a new visual design for a site I am developing about people's opinions towards football clubs in Saudi Arabia called Soutcom (صوتكم). The people’s opinions are gathered and analyzed automatically using artificial intelligence. The website is in Arabic language with a right to left interface.
I need the new visual design for all the website sections (not just the main page). I expect the new design to be unique, beautiful, and professional. Also, the design look and feel must be related to the website's concept (football clubs in Saudi Arabia). You could also suggest a new logo for the new design.
The current content of the website must remain, but you could suggest new ways of presenting it. Also, you are welcome to suggested new relevant content ideas.
The output of your design will be provided to a developer who will apply it the current website. The design must support both mobile and desktop views.
