Brief de Design de T-shirt

Concept:
I am looking for a logo/t-shirt design for a company/concept "Leaves of One Tree". This is abbreviated as LO1T or L01T (either with a the letter O or number zero). The inspiration for the abbreviated version is from L39ION (https://www.l39ionla.com/) and any design should look original and not like a copy of L39ION's font.

You have flexibility to play with the style and, as a example, could incorporating a stylized version of a Tree as the "T".

LO1T/L01T should be prominent element. Since LO1T/L01T are abstract, the words "leaves in one tree" (in either all lowercase or all uppercase) should be included but should not be a primary design feature. Optionally, the text "established 2022" or an abbreviated version "est. 2022" can be included.

I imagine a circular design with with "est. 2022 -- leaves of one tree" on the lower part of the circle (perhaps on the outside of the circle, leaving the interior for the main graphic element). You have liberty with the design of course (it doesn't have to be cicular).

Inspiration:
The company's focus is on helping others and the name comes from a religious quote:

"A fundamental teaching of Baha’u’llah is the oneness of the world of humanity. Addressing mankind, He says, “Ye are all leaves of one tree and the fruits of one branch.” By this it is meant that the world of humanity is like a tree, the nations or peoples are the different limbs or branches of that tree, and the individual human creatures are as the fruits and blossoms thereof."

Design Elements/Themes:
Thematically, the design should evoke a California vibe (with perhaps a retro or vintage feel). It should incorporate the following themes:

- Oneness of humankind
- Limited color pallet - should be no more than 5 colors or colors than can be flatted to black & white. The design should also work well as a single color.
- Vintage / retro
- California vibe
