Brief de Design de Logo

As a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health coach, my goal is to offer an individualized wellness plan to all of my clients. Each human has his or her own personal goals and struggles which is why my wellness space doesn't use the "one size fits all" approach. Ancient spirals have symbolic implications within this field, evolution and holistic growth. They represent the winding journey inward we must take if we are to truly know and love ourselves. Your Best Self Health & Wellness helps people on that inward journey to help them find the perfect balance of wellness in their lives.
I would love for these ancient spirals to be included in my logo with colors that are neutral or earthy tones. Shape of spiral isn't determined, and I am open to any creative suggestions or ideas. The text doesn't necessarily have to be included in the logo but would be nice if it could be. Again, open to any creativity!
