Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for a novice and small honey harvester. Looking for a honey with the cartooned face of the person below on it. Maybe flying or standing like superhero with hands on hips. Other little bees behind the main bee with the face also. Maybe out in front of a big honeycomb shaped like a baseball diamond (long time baseball coach) and wearing a Phish t shirt.
I also included a logo for a friends peppers that he grows that kind of had the same goal. Rendering of his face along with things he’s personally passionate about. That’s the Hell-Della hot sauce logo example
