Brief de Design de Logo
We need a logo design for a new luxury apartment building in Canton, CT, called 'The Laurel' or "The Laurel at 401 Albany Turnpike." I have included a document which describes the property amenities. 'The Laurel' refers to the Mountain Laurel which is the state flower of Connecticut (see attached Images for reference). Our target tenants are: young professionals prior to buying first home, retired people looking to downsize, older single/divorced adults, people working from home who need a den or second bedroom for office. We would like to see designs that use the colors blue and red, but are open to other suggestions. Key communication words include: modern, luxury, simplicity, apartment homes, spacious, convenient, work from home, minimalist, style, new construction. The name of our construction company is Skycastle Development Group LLC. We will also be seeking logo designs for Skycastle, website design, stationary and other designs.
