Hi, is the design just for the middle part where the text and logo are on the existing signage, without the upper and bottom part with the blue wave design? If not, please provide the exact dimensions or a template that can be used. If it's just the middle part, do you need separate square panels designed or one whole rectangular design that would be later printed in separate pieces?

How do you expect a designer to include all of your asks while making it legible at "a high speed"? You also have not provided us with the raw file types to accurately incorporate your logo. The color palette has changed every day since your post - are you set on these colors?

What is your communication hierarchy? How are you planning to print? What is your printing budget? At what speed are drivers passing? Do you expect people to read as they drive by? Do you have any type of professional certification? Why would I trust this business?

The same company who made the current signage on the picture will print. Drivers passing by at 30-50mph. What professional certification?
