Hello all. I appreciate the designs however to be clear we do not use photos or information of the dog on the card (that info will be there when a user scans the QR Code) The QR Code should have a CTA like Scan For Registration or something similar. please read the job description close. The card should be obvious this is a Service Dog Example

If you mean dog information.. no dog information. It is behind the QR code when scanned.
