The American Public Works Association Southern California Chapter southernca.apwa.net has annual awards recognizing excellence in design and construction of projects throughout the region that improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. we need a new logo, something modern, strong and simple. Building Excellence Shaping Tomorrow is the tagline for the B.E.S.T. Awards. The logo will be visible everywhere throughout the organization, on plaques, certificates, PowerPoint presentations, posters, awards and trophies, tshirts.
