This is a rebrand of an existing apartment complex. The complex is currently named Franklin North Village Apartments and it is located in Franklin, IN. Their website is https://www.franklinnorthvillage.com/ and will be rebranded with the new logo and name.
The property is owned by The Ardizzone Group. Several other brand guides of other properties owned by the same management group are provided as reference. The new logo should be sleek and modern and there is no specific designated color palette.
