Brief de Design de Logo

Need a sharp and distinctive logo that is modern without alienating our typical client (50-70 yr old investment property owners) Our primary market is St. Augustine Florida and we've chosen a light teal? blue to keep with the beach theme (business card attached for color)

Our claim to fame is leveraging tech and renter outreach to achieve close to 90% occupancy rate with the investment properties we host (as opposed to the typical 75% occupancy rate of our competitors)

Some design ideas are leaning in on the "Accelerate" theme of our service (speedometer?) or up and to the right graph imagery. These are pretty cheesy bad ideas and that's why we need help:)
