Brief de Design de Logo

The Secret Sauce with Kip Shubert is a business looking for a professional, eye-catching logo.
The business is in the education sector as I am an educator, coach, and author. The main emphasis of the business is as a keynote speaker, educational consultant, author, and podcaster.
The Secret Sauce is all about building relationships that empower students and staff to become their best self while producing game changing results in the classroom, in the school, and in their lives. Through sharing our stories and life experiences we can inspire and empower others to climb the mountains that they face in their lives. We all face mountains, climbing to the top isn’t just for us, they are so that we can reach back over that mountain and be the sherpa that guides others up to the summit. Our stories help connect us in a way that allows that ability to be that sherpa for others, and in the case of The Secret Sauce, for students and school staff.
I would like for this logo to be simple, yet powerful and distinctive. I would like a background of mountains with The Secret Sauce across it is some fashion and then in smaller print “with Kip Shubert” under The Secret Sauce. I would like two or three colors in the logo. I like Royal Blue/Light Blue, Black and White.
One of our catch phrases will be Reach Back Over That Mountain or Be That Sherpa.
I hope this is helpful in designing our amazing new logo.
The attached document has a few ideas I did on my own and a few others general logos I found that might give you an idea or two for a starting point. Please feel free to use all of your creative liberty, as I would like this logo to be something different that sets this brand apart.
