Brief de Design de Panneau

We will launch an outdoor marketing campaign on different road side screens in Hamburg/Germany. The designs can be slightly animated. Therefore, we are looking for the right designs to choose from. The project will run for 24 months with graphics we will change approx. every second month.

the designer should take care of the following guidelines from the product data sheet.
1) with animation: not more than 10 sec., video file: .mp4, 25 fps, no audio, bitrate min. 30 Mbit/s
2) without animation: .jpg, colour profile: sRGB
3) pixels resolution: 576 x 408
4) font: between 50 and 30 pixel

Who we are:
We are a business centre/coworking space in the centre of Hamburg City. We have the highest score of all business centres in customer ratings for Hamburg and are quite sure that the strong relationship to our customers is one of our assets.
Our space consists of several private and team offices, several meeting and conference rooms and coworking space. We also offer virtual offices and business addresses to our members. Our customers include solo entrepreneur as well as big corporations. For example, Deutsche Bahn, Lufthansa, Starbucks, DHL and so forth are working together with us. We also serve institutions like the city of Hamburg, the Indian consulate and many more.

What could be integrated into a good design:
1) Harbour, Ships, Ocean etc.
- Hamburg is the largest port city in Germany with one of the biggest ports in Europe
2) Church
- Our space is right across of St. Michaelis (hamburger Michel – if you would like to google) one of the main churches in Hamburg and well know far beyond the city.
3) a cosy but professional atmosphere.
- As we are a coworking space the networking and the social interaction is a focus. Nevertheless, we provide a very professional environment where the workspace is in focus rather than the community.
4) Large Event Space
- Beside Hotels we are one of the only spaces where events with up to 199 people can be hosted. Bu we also host workshops, professional trainings, team events, product presentations etc.

As mentioned, we will change the design of the billboards every second month and would also like to change between the services we are offering. Some should focus on our workspaces other on our event and meetings spaces.

To start with, we want to focus renting out our office rooms for teams and solo entrepreneurs. If would be good if the design includes the city environment and the location to the church with a great view all other the city.

If you have some ideas for nice slogans don’t hesitate to use them. We will look for the over all impression to choose a design and adjust the slogans together with you to our needs.
