Brief de Design de Logo

We are a luxury real estate development company called Pace.LA and we are in need of a logo. We develop homes and multifamily buildings that are catered to high-end, wealthy clients. We are looking for a logo design that is contemporary, clean, yet not boring. Ideally want a logo that is black and white. Some versions of the logo may include gold as long as it does not look cheesy (look at attached images for inspiration). We do not want any graphics in the logo that are related to buildings or construction. Overall, this logo needs to emulate luxury and sophistication and be able to show a client that they can put their trust in us.
